These terms govern your use of dealsense.asia, operated by Lignum Austri Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16677207). Use of the DealSense platform itself is governed by separate written agreements with clients; where they conflict with these terms, those agreements prevail.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, or scrape it at scale.

No investment advice

DealSense supports screening workflows for professional investment teams. Nothing on this site, and no output of the DealSense platform, is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. Investment decisions remain solely with you and your firm. Product illustrations on this site use fictional companies and data.

Intellectual property

The site and its content (including branding, text, and design) belong to Lignum Austri Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site; you may not reproduce its content commercially without permission.

Third-party services

The site embeds third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling) which have their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
